Do I have to quit doing my Other workouts to doShredHiit?

No, not at all. These workouts are meant to be able to slide right in to how you are already training. With that said keep in mind these two things:

1. If you are planning on doing or have just had a heavy lifting session, you may want to

steer toward the workouts that will not over tax that muscle group.

2. If you are not working out at all yet, you can still use these as your stand-alone training

program.


Do I have do these workouts outside?

No. While these workouts are filmed outside and it IS fun to do them in the fresh air and sunshine, all you need is a low-step and/or bench if the workout calls for one. They can

be done anywhere, indoors or outdoors.


Do I need a gym?

No. These workouts only use basic equipment such as a low-step/curb or a box/park bench. A couple of workouts use a medicine ball or a very light set of dumbbells. Things you probably already have. No fancy gym equipment needed. 


I see you jumping around a lot, my knees won’t like that. Will I be able to do these?

There are modifications for all the moves that take out jumping. Many of my clients with knee issues have successfully been able to complete these workouts and work up a good sweat.
